Walk -in Bookings | Due to COVID we have temporarily ceased walk-in bookings to keep the rental office clear and safe for pre-booked customers collecting their vehicles.
Non-Contact Vehicle collection | During the epidemic, for the foreseeable future, to protect staff and customers. All rental paperwork will be pre-prepared and completed over the phone in advance of collection and made ready for hardcopy signature on arrival. We will arrange this in advance allowing quick and efficient vehicle collection. Vehicle keys will be collected with the paperwork unless it’s an out of hours collection which will be managed by special arrangement. Please enquire when booking.
Non-Contact vehicle return Instructions [1] Cars to be returned to a marked parking bay in the car park [2] Vans to be returned to the open-air mezzanine area [3] Lock the vehicle [4] Immediately call 0203 950 2295 – state your name and registration number when prompted. This digitally records and displays the message on our system, ceasing the hire. No call? Rental continues to the next working day.
To be produced when collecting the vehicle
We will inspect your real driving licence on arrival. If you have a driving licence issued abroad, please let us know as certain licences especially those with non-Latin characters are unacceptable.
The same payment card used to book the vehicle.
Card must be in the Hirers name. Please do not bring an alternative card. If for any reason you need to change the payment card speak to us well before arrival.

Whatever ID you chose it must be an original paper copy not an email or from your phone.
WHAT IS A DVLA SHARE CODE?
A few years ago, the DVLA withdrew obsolete counterpart licences containing driving endorsements in favour of a downloaded version. UK driving Licence holders must provide validation of their driving record called a Share Code to view and create a one-time passcode. Each Driver will be asked for their share code so CitiRental can obtain licence details from the DVLA. Call us before the collection 0207 722 6666 we’ll be happy to do this for you.
