You will receive a booking confirmation which instructs you on what to bring along with you when collecting the vehicle. Please remember to bring:

  • Original Driving Licence (Card)
  • Proof of Name & Address (i.e. Bank statement, Tenancy Agreement, etc) Dated within the last 2 months.
  • Credit or Debit Card for £395.00 damage pre-authorization.

We accept drivers from the ages of 23 – 74. For persons over 74 – we can attempt to arrange cover with an economic quote.

We aim to provide the specified vehicle. In the event that a vehicle is unavailable, we will either provide a similar car within the same class or an upgrade at the same agreed price.

Bookings made can be cancelled free of charge by providing us a minimum of 24 hour notice. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged one days rental of the agreed vehicle. For bank holiday bookings – the deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel or not show.

If you enter the congestion zone then you must pay the congestion charge fee as required by law.

The default insurance excess on the rental agreement is £975.00. We have a CDW Clause available to reduce the insurance excess to £250.00. The cost is £9.95 per day.

We also provide a windscreen damage waiver (WDW) for £4.95 per day.

If you wish to reduce to excess to £0 then take our SUPER CDW for only £29.95 per day!

We do not allow hirers to take our vehicles outside of Mainland UK. If you wish to travel to Scotland then you must arrange with us prior to your rental o arrange additional insurance cover and additional breakdown cover.

If you are going to return a vehicle late then please let us know ASAP. There is a 30 minute grace period where when exceeded, an additional day will be payable. If you do not contact us then we will have to assume the vehicle is missing and inform the relevant authorities.

Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as commencement. An administration fee of £45.00 applies to any rental where the vehicle is returned short of fuel.

All rental prices are inclusive of Insurance prices. All vehicles are fully insured for hire purposes and details as required by the underwriters shall have to be provided by the hirer before commencement of the hire.

A full UK Driving Licence along with a share code is required. Non-UK licence are also accepted if they are written in English. If you have any endorsements then please let us know at the time of booking. If you are unsure whether you meet the requirements then please give us a call or send us an e-mail.

Hirers aged 23-24 must have held their licence for a minimum of 2 years. Hirers aged 25+ must have held their licence for a minimum of 1 year.

All rentals come with 200 free miles. Additional miles are 10p per mile thereafter.

Please refer to the PCN section on the Drivers Notes. If a PCN is sent to our office then we will transfer liability to the Hirer which attracts a £49.95 administration fee.

There is no minimum hire. You can rent a vehicle for 1 minute – however the rates are charged at a daily rate. (i.e. 1 minute will cost the same as 24 hours).

Our working hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm. Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm. We are closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays. Please see our bank holiday opening hours for more information.

Vehicles booked at the daily rate are done via 24 hours. If you take a vehicle from us at 8am then it must be returned at 8am the following day.

Any extensions should be made with us as soon as possible. Extension rates can be found in the Terms & Conditions reverse to the Rental Agreement.

Any damage to our vehicles should be reported to us immediately so we can inform our insurers. If you get into an accident then please follow the procedure on the drivers notes leaflet and notify us ASAP. Customers should inspect a vehicle fully prior to taking the vehicle. Any damage will be noted down on our damage inspection sheet which will be then used to compare any return damage.
