Please remember to bring the following items with you:
Current Original Driving Licence
Issued at least 370 days prior to rental. We also accept licences issued abroad, provided they are in English, French or Spanish.
Credit / Debit Card
Proof of Address ID
We require sight of an ORIGINAL identification. i.e. NHS, Utility, Government or Local Govt department.
National Insurance Number
UK Licence holders must bring their N.I number which is used to download and check licence details from the DVLA. We recommend you call us prior to collection to advise your N.I number which will greatly speed up the collection process.
N.B. Customers driving on a current non-UK licence are exempt from this requirement.
Failure to provide any of the above may result in a cancellation where 1 days rental will be charged.
There is a £350.00 damage pre-payment which is payable on the collection of the vehicle.
We prepare all of your paperwork prior to you arriving to our office. All you have to do it sign the rental agreement, walk around the vehicle and check for damage then drive. We have one of the most effecient van collection procedures in North London.
