VAN HIRE IN 3 STEPS

Locate your National Insurance Number. (Foreign Licence holders do not require this). You can find your National Insurance Number on your payslip; on your P60, on letters about your tax, pension or benefits. If you have lost your National Insurance Number then you can find it by clicking here.
Make sure you have the following available to show on collection:
- Driving Licence
- National Insurance Number
- ORIGINAL form of identification. (i.e. Utility Bill, Letter from government authority or bank communication.
- Credit / Debit Card
Any such ID must be dated within the last 2 months.
Van Hire Conditions
All drivers must be between 23-72 years old and hold a full valid UK/EU licence for a minimum of 2 years, with no major driving offences/disqualifications in the past 4 years – Allowances can be made for minor endorsements (please contact us for details).
- Photo card licence
- Licence check code (available here)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, tenancy agreement) – No older than 3 months old.
- Credit / Debit Card for £100 Deposit
A deposit of £100 is required on commencement of hire.
The hirer is provided with insurance. The hirer is liable for the first £975 of any cost for damages. This can be reduced to £250 with a collision damage waiver for £9.95 per day.
Hire charges and deposit are required in full before commencement of hire.
Returning Out of Hours
If the hired vehicle is returned out of office hours, the hirer is responsible for the vehicle until the next working day.
150 free miles, Insurance (subject to conditions)
Hirer to put in fuel as required, Vans to be returned with same amount of fuel as at start of hire, any extra fuel left in tank at end of hire will not be credited.
Only the hirer and drivers approved at the time of hire are permitted to drive the vehicle. The hired vehicle must not be taken outside the UK mainland.
All rentals are subject to terms and conditions specified in the rental agreement.
